Mac and Windows app with a cloud script editor
Writers, planners and speakers work on the script in the browser. The operator runs the show from the desktop app, offline if it has to be. One editor, one set of cue styles, nothing that interrupts a show.
Closed early access. Free while it lasts.
[JANE DOE]
Good morning, and welcome to the summit. //
Three years ago we set out to do one thing: make every show feel effortless for the people on stage.
[WALK TO CENTER]
Our partners at Caillebotte (ky-BOT) joined us this year. [PAUSE]
[ROLL VIDEO 1:30]
What you are about to see took the whole team eleven months. [AD LIB]
[HOLD FOR APPLAUSE]
Next year we open three new studios, and every one of them starts with the same question: what does the person on stage need from us? //

Formatting comes from named styles. Each one has a colour, a size relative to body text, optional brackets or capitals, a shortcut and a quick-entry button. Change a style and every script that uses it restyles. Three levels: a starter set, your organisation's library, and per-event overrides.
Styles from the toolbar, a shortcut, or a quick-entry button that drops in preset text already styled.
Paste from Word or Google Docs keeps paragraphs and drops the foreign formatting.
Import .docx, .rtf and .txt. Export a print PDF for the speaker's paper backup.
Two halves: the editor, and a live preview of exactly what the output shows. Sub-pixel smooth scroll locked to the display refresh. Edits below the read line apply instantly without moving the text on screen.
A marker you can move. Font size changes keep the current line under it.
MANUAL, VOICE or HOLD, large and colour-coded. Any input you make switches to MANUAL instantly.
Wheel, trackpad, space to start and stop, arrows to nudge, jump by section.
Percent through, current section, next cue, time remaining.
Synced, Offline with local changes, or Update held until you accept it.
Which source each output is showing, at a glance.
During a show, incoming remote edits are held until you accept them. Nothing moves on the output until you say so.
Reopen at the same script, position and output state. The machine stays awake during a show.
A small switcher. Each output shows one source full screen, with an optional inset. Full-screen windows on any display, and NDI. Per-output mirror, horizontal and vertical. Survives a display being unplugged and replugged.
Any source as an inset over another, with corner, size, margin and opacity, saved as presets. A countdown over the script, a camera feed over a test card.
A one-line overlay from presets or typed live. Wrap it up, slow down, the mic is open.
An assist, not an autopilot. A clean feed of the speaker's mic is matched against the next few lines of the script, and the scroll eases toward where they are. It never jumps, never runs ahead, never scrolls backwards by itself.
Corporate events, conferences, award shows and keynotes: anywhere a writer, a planner, a speaker and an operator all touch the same script before it goes on air.
Nothing. Prompter Glass is free while it is in early access. There is no card to enter and no plan to pick.
Yes. The desktop app runs a full show from its local cache with no network. It pulls updates and pushes field edits whenever a connection exists.
Both. The desktop app runs on Apple Silicon Macs and 64-bit Windows. The editor runs in any modern browser.
Request access below. We approve each request by hand and send you a sign-in link. Approval is what unlocks sign-in and the download.
Scripts are private to your organisation by default and never sit on a public file path. Share links are short-lived and tokenised.
Prompter Glass is in closed early access. Tell us a little about what you run and we will get you in.
